Sexy Nails & Spa Policy
Our policies are created for your safety and satisfaction. If you feel uncomfortable or dissatisfied at any time during your visit please respectfully inform one of our staff members and we will try our best to accommodate you. As a courtesy to other clients and to ensure that our business runs smoothly for your needs, please respect the following policies:
- Bridal, Birthday and Special events with groups of 5 or more should be booked in advance. We may require a deposit to hold these appointments and to avoid a cancellation fee please give at least 24 hours notice.
- Reschedule your appointment if the following conditions are present: Open Cuts, Sore and Contagious Diseases.
- In order to achieve a relaxing ambiance, we don’t encourage extensive use of cell phones. We ask that all guests of Sexy Nails & Spa keep voice levels to a minimum so it doesn’t disturb others.
- All gratuities are at the guest's discretion and are appreciated.
- Gift certificates are available in any denomination and are good for one year from the time of purchase. They cannot be returned, exchanged or combined with any other offer. Lost or stolen gift certificates will not be replaced by the spa.
- We are not responsible for your personal belongings.
- Children must be supervised by the adult.
- No refund on any services performed.
- Sexy Nails & Spa is not responsible for any artificial nails after 1 day of service.
- Regular colors are not guaranteed on natural nails.
- Non-Chip colors are not guaranteed on nature nails after 1 week.
- Credit card accepted minimum $10.00 or additional $1.00 service fee.
- Sexy Nails & Spa reserves the right to refuse any service to anyone.
